Jos jedna poslastica mog djetinjstva.<br />
Ponekad mislim da moja mama nije nista drugo znala da napravi osim Orahnjace,Makovnjace,buhtli,Krofni,Strudli,Praca,..O kako ja volim sve te stare dobre,mirisne slatke delicije!!!!!!!<br />
Toliko je to bilo slatko i fino da sam bila u stanju sve odjednom pojesti,ma to nije moguce,ali takav je osjecaj djeteta koje je zdravo,trci po cijeli dan sa djecom,udise cisti zrak,jede zdravu domacu hranu...mislim da sam zadnja generacija koja je uzivala u tim ljepotama.<br />
Danas ja pravim slicne buhtle kao moja mama,ali nemam domaci pekmez,nego kupovni,jedino mi je ostao osjecaj da bih mogla sve pojesti dok ih onako mirisljave iznosim iz rerne !!:)<br />

pekmez,nutella,..za nadjev<br />

Staviti kvasac da se aktivira u toplom mlijeku sa zlicom secera i brasna .<br />
U zdjelu staviti brasno,secer,vanilin-secer,limunovu koricu,koju izrendate.<br />
U podignuti kvasac dodati zumanjke i istopljen ,prohladen maslac,malo viljuskom razbiti zumanjke i sve sipati u brasno.<br />
Umijesiti glatko tijesto.<br />

Umijeseno tijesto sam ostavila u istoj zdjeli,samo sam malo rub namazala sa uljem,pokrila prozirnom folijom i ostavila da se volumen udvostruci.<br />
Nadoslo tijesto sam istresla na radnu povrsinu,razvila u pravokutni oblik,izrezala manje kvadratice.<br />
Na svaki sam stavila zlicicu nadjeva-po zelji,pokupila polako krajeve i skupila u jedno,zatim sam premazala okolo sa malo maslaca i slagala skupljenu stranu dole u kalup koji sam pripremila.<br />

Pokrila ponovo folijom i ostavila na toplo mijesto da se tijesto malo podigne.<br />
Zagrijala rernu na 200C,pa stavila peci .<br />
Gotove su kada dobiju finu "zlatnu" boju,oko 25 minuta.<br />

Ja sve sastojke stavim u procesor za hranu i lagano pulsiram sve sastojke dok ne dobijem mrvicasto tijesto.<br />
Zatim ,tako mrvicasto tijesto stavim na radnu povrsinu i doraim rukama u glatko tijesto.<br />

U vecoj serpi najprije proprziti pancetu ili slaninu,pa je izvaditi van i ostaviti na stranu.<br />
U istu serpu dodati 2 zlice ulja i isjeckano povrce te prziti da malo postakli i pusti miris,sto znaci da se moze dodati povrtni temeljac.<br />

dodati lovorov list i poklopiti i pustiti da zakuha.<br />
Kada je pocelo kuhati,smanjiti temperaturu i kuhati na laganoj vatri jos 30-ak minuta,dok povrce omeksa!<br />
<br />
Na kraju dodati vrhnje i zaciniti po ukusu.<br />
Servirati posuto isprzenom slaninicom i malo isjeckanog persuna.</div>

Uobicajeno pravim kolac ili tortu od mrkve,pa da se ne ponavljam stalno,ovog puta je odluka pala na rolat!!<br />
Ponovo,jednostavno,brzo i jako fino,posebno tko voli kombinaciju mirisnih zacina,mrkve i sira!!<br />

<i>1/2 zlicice mljevenog djumbira</i><br />
<i>1 zlicica praska za pecivo</i><br />
<i>2 zlicice cimeta</i><br />
<i>1/2 zlicice mljevenog morskog orascica</i><br />
<i>1/2 zlicice mljevenog klincica</i><br />
<i>prstohvat soli</i><br />
<i>2 zlice ulja</i><br />
<i>3 srednje velicine,narendane mrkv</i>e<br />

<b>Fil od sira:</b><br />

<i>250g secera u prahu</i><br />
<i>50g maslaca</i><br />
<i>2 vanilije</i><br />

Tepsiju dimenzija30x40, ili nesto pribliznih dimenzija,obloziti papirom za pecenje.<br />
Rernu zagrijati na 180C.<br />
<br />
U jednu zdjelu sipati brasno,prasak za pecivo,sol i sve zacine pa izmijesati ,odloziti sa strane.<br />
<br />
U dublju zdjelu(ja obicno koristim zdjelu od stolnog mixera) staviti jaja i secer u prahu i dobro ih umutiti.<br />
Dodati ulje i izrendanu mrkvu.sve promijeati i na kraju dodati brasno sa zacinima.<br />
dobivenu smjesu istresti u predhodno pripremljenu tepsiju,poravnati i staviti peci na 180c oko 12-15 minuta.<br />

Ako je tepsija veca,rolat ce biti tanji i brze ce se ispeci i obrnuto..manja tepsija,debl;ji rolat i duze se pece,zato treba obratiti paznju u koju tepsiju stavljati rolat da se pece!!!<br />
<br />
Peceni rolat zajedno sa papirom za pecenje urolati i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br />
<br />
Dok se rolat hladi,napraviti nadjev/fil.<br />
Pjenasto umutiti omeksali krem sir,maslac,vaniliju i secer.<br />
<br />
Polako odmotati rolat,pazeci da ne popuca..lagano odvajati papir za pecenje dok odmotavate rolat.<br />
<br />
Poravnati rolat koliko je moguce i isto tako lagano premazivati fil po cijeloj sirini i duzini,samo ostaviti 1cm od kraja gdje ce se zamotavanje rolata zavrsiti,ne mamazano ,tako fil nece izlaziti van.<br />
<br />
Ja rolat uvijek motam od sa krace strane!<br />

Ostavit rolat u frizider da se fil stegne .<br />
